How to Make a Claim

To save time, you can report your claim direct to the insurers on the claims-lines. It would help if you can quote your policy or certificate number. You will find this on your schedule or certificate of insurance. If you wish to discuss your claim with us, please call us on 01422 842984.

Home Insurance

You will need to complete and return a claim form along with 2 estimates to repair or replace the damaged items. If you have difficulty in obtaining estimates, please contact us. If you need immediate authorization for any work, ie to prevent further damage occurring, please call us.

Travel

For emergency claims, your travel insurance documents will contain an emergency telephone number to call. For non-emergency claims, please contact us for a claim form on your return.
